What is your returns/refund policy?

How long will it take to deliver my towelsuit?
- With online shopping increasing daily and therefore more and more postage & courier services required, items are unfortunately taking longer for delivery (especially if some areas are also affected by lockdowns). Please refer to our shipping page for further information on expected shipping times. Please note that WA is now approximately 10-18 business days.
What are the towelsuits made of?
- They are made of 80% recycled polyester and 20% polyamide - which equates to approximately 20 recycled plastic bottles per towelsuit!!
How do I look after my towelsuit?
- Please refer to the care instructions on the back of the size tag inside the towelsuit. Note that because it is odourless, it doesn't require washing after each use (unless of course if it's covered in mud or ice-cream!), simply hang it out to dry.
- Please refrain from using any fabric softeners as it puts a coating onto the fabric fibres and causes them to lose their absorbency.
- Pool chlorines can bleach the fabric, so please wash after use in chlorine.
- It is recommended to wash them with the zipper done up, so as not to bang around the washing machine whilst washing and therefore damaging the machine and also the zipper.
Are your towelsuits true to size?
- Sizes 2-8 are true to size and offer a bit of wiggle room - based on average Australian sizing. Our sizes 10 & 12 are on the larger size, as they can also accommodate a XS-M adult. Please refer to our sizing guide for exact measurements of each size to ensure you get the best fit.
Where are the towelsuits made?
- Our towelsuits are Australian designed by us and made in Shanghai.

What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return your item must:
- be returned within 14 days of receiving your product
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- be returned in all of it's original packaging
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.Refunds will not be provided for:
- any item not in it's original condition and packaging, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- sale items
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nateveaustralia.com.au
