Returns / Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer a money back guarantee. 

To be eligible for a return your item must:

  •  be returned within 14 days of receiving your product
  •  be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  •  be returned in all of it's original packaging 

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Refunds will not be provided for:
  •  any item not in it's original condition and packaging, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error
  •  any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  •  sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nateveaustralia.com.au.


Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
